9 inspection rules
9.1 inspection classification inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
9.2 ex-factory inspection shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T2828.1. With one sampling, the items, inspection level and qualified quality level shall conform to the provisions of table 1.

When the parts are inspected according to the test method stipulated by the corresponding national standard, the qualified quality level (AQL) value shall be given by the corresponding national standard.
9.3 type test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 2829. With a sampling scheme, the items and qualification criteria shall conform to the provisions of table 2.

Samples are randomly selected from the products that pass the factory inspection.
If the type inspection is unqualified, the batch is unqualified. Production and acceptance inspection shall be stopped immediately, and those that have been checked and accepted shall be stopped from leaving the factory, the reasons for which shall be found out, and measures shall be taken. Production and acceptance inspection shall not be resumed until the new type of inspection is qualified.
Type test shall be conducted at least once a year. Type test should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs:
A) product trial and finalization appraisal;
B) when the production is suspended for more than half a year and the production is resumed;
C) when changes in design, process or material may affect its performance;
D) when the quality and technical supervision department proposes to carry out inspection.
Marking, packing, transportation and storage
10.1 the marking device shall be clearly and firmly marked as follows:
A) product name, model and trademark;
B) specifications and models of supporting solar cell components, batteries and electric light sources;
C) manufacturer, date of delivery and standard number of execution.
10.2 the packing
A) each component of the device shall be packed separately, and the packing box shall meet the requirements of moisture-proof and shock-proof, etc.;
B) outside the box, there should be "upward", "handle with care", "moisture-proof", "stacking layer limit", etc., which should meet the provisions of GB/T191;
C) the packing box shall contain parts list, installation instructions, product qualification certificate, user manual, maintenance and management requirements and other documents.
10.3 transportation
A) the requirements for loading, unloading and transportation as well as the protection conditions in transportation shall be stated in the transportation conditions and matters needing attention;
B) rain, snow and strong vibration should be prevented;
C) special transportation needs of the device shall be explained.
10.4 the storage
The device should be stored in a well-ventilated room with relative humidity not exceeding 80% and no corrosive gas in the air.
The inventory time shall not exceed one year.
