1. The structure size, connection mode and foundation size of various signal light poles are determined by calculation according to the size of wind force, signal light or plate surface of the setting place and the supporting mode.

The diameter, spacing and end spacing of bolt holes shall be in accordance with the steel structure design specification and the steel structure design manual.
3. The signal light pole column and transverse arm adopt multilateral inverted cone with reasonable force; The cross section adopts regular octagon, and the whole arm is not divided into sections within 12 meters of the cross arm, and the arm grows up to 12 meters with the splicing type. 4. The welding of signal light pole adopts argon shielded welding, automatic welding submerged arc automatic welding, no welding slag, porosity and other welding defects, and the welding of important parts is carried out flaw detection and testing to meet the corresponding welding specification requirements.
