Function characteristics of intelligent traffic signal control machine

(12) communication function
The data transmission from the system center to the traffic signal control machine currently USES optical fiber as the medium for full duplex transmission, and the transmission frequency must reach the second level. With RJ45 and RS232 two kinds of interface, can meet the serial port communication and network port communication. It has the function of recovering communication automatically after communication link is connected.
The system center transmits various control commands, timing commands, timing parameters and schemes, and control mode conversion commands to the traffic signal control machine through the system communication network (public security network). All traffic signal controllers upload traffic volume information, fault information, current working state and signal timing scheme of control points to the system center through the system communication network as required.
The system provides all the information parameters uploaded and transmitted between the center and the traffic signal control machine. Include:
A) detector information: motor vehicle detection information detected by the vehicle detector (coil detector or video detector).
B) traffic signal control machine state information: it includes the working state of the traffic signal control machine, the state of the vehicle detector and the state of the signal light. In case of failure, real-time fault information and the information after the change of fault shall be sent to the central computer of the system.
C) signal light color information: including the current control point signal light color status and each time the light color change information.
D) working mode information: the current working mode of the traffic signal control machine, such as induction, timing, yellow flash, etc.
E) traffic signal control machine characteristic parameters: including signal period, green signal ratio, phase, phase difference, timing and other main parameters.
F) time information: the current time information of the traffic signal control machine shall include "year, month, week, day, hour, minute and second".
G) log report: including failure report and information report.
H) manual operation at the back end: it is used to adjust and set the start, conversion and duration of the semaphore.
I) other manual commands: under special traffic conditions, the control center issues various manual commands according to specific conditions. Traffic signal control machine can timely and accurately receive and execute the command issued by the control center.
(13) control function
Basic requirements:
1) different control modes and parameters can be set according to the requirements of different dates and periods.
2) signal control mode and requirements:
A) manual control:
Reserve remote manual interface.
Manual control can be step-wise or selectable.
B) schedule control:
There are no less than 16 daily periods and 32 schemes.
Setting contents include events, control mode, control scheme, section, holiday scheme, etc.
C) no cable coordination control:
It supports cable-free coordinated control by setting phase difference according to clock synchronization, no less than 16 daily periods and 32 schemes, and the phase execution sequence of different schemes can be set.
D) induction control:
The traffic signal control machine has the local semi-induction/full induction control function, request invocation function (including pedestrian request and vehicle request), and can set the induction control parameters.
Function of Phase Skip can be performed when there is no vehicle application for induction Phase.
E) dynamic scheme selection control:
Support to call the appropriate scheme from the local scheme library according to the detection information, no less than 128 schemes.
F) adaptive control:
Support real-time adjustment of corresponding traffic parameters according to traffic flow conditions to adapt to the control mode of traffic flow changes.
G) manual control is mandatory at the center
Ability to accept center force manual control commands
H) coordinated control of pedestrians crossing the street
The pedestrian crossing traffic signal control machine supports at least four trigger signals.
I) sensing + coordinating control function
When the line coordination control is realized, the uncoordinated phase can be controlled simultaneously.
J) execute the central operation command.
