Function characteristics of intelligent traffic signal control machine
(1) control type
This signal machine is a centralized coordinated signal machine, which can realize manual control, schedule control, cable-free coordination control, induction control, dynamic scheme selection control, adaptive control, central forced manual control and pedestrian crossing coordination control.
Can be applied to control the intersection, section of pedestrian crossing and can simultaneously control two intersection or pedestrian secondary crossing control.

The signal duration can be set, and the step length can not be higher than 1 second.
The cumulative error of the internal clock of the traffic signal control machine for 24 hours does not exceed 1 second.
Yellow flash signal frequency is 60 times /min, and can be set, step size is set to 1 time /min, where the light and dark time ratio of the signal is 1: l.
The frequency and light-dark time ratio of green flash signal are the same as that of yellow flash signal.
When the control mode changes and the timing scheme changes, the traffic signal control machine realizes a smooth transition. The signal state does not change abruptly, and the smooth transition can be set within (0-3) signal cycles.
(3) start time sequence
When the traffic signal control machine turns on the power and starts running, the traffic signal control machine first conducts self-check, and then starts in the following time sequence.
Each signal phase enters the yellow flash signal first;
After the yellow flash signal ends, each signal phase enters the intersection to clear the light color phase;
After the end of the color phase of the empty light, the traffic signal control machine operates in a preset way.
(4) signal conversion
Since each semaphore is controlled separately, the signal conversion sequence can be defined arbitrarily and the conversion order and invocation of signals can be set arbitrarily.
(5) control mode conversion
When the traffic signal control machine changes from the automatic control mode to the manual control mode, after the manual switch is activated, the minimum safety time of the original phase shall be maintained. The minimum safety time shall be set according to the actual situation of the control point.
When switching from manual control mode to automatic control mode, the signal state does not mutate, and all phase signals should remain in the state at the time of transition, and operate in the automatic control mode starting from the current signal state.
Smooth transition between automatic control modes. In a smooth transition, traffic signals ensure that vehicles waiting at the intersection can safely leave the intersection.
(6) dimming function
Traffic signal control machine with night dimming function, under this function, traffic signal control machine can automatically start and stop dimming control according to requirements. When dimming control is carried out, the light intensity of the signal lamp decreases by 25% to 50%. The lamp drive circuit of the signal generator realizes this function by adjusting the output current.
It has clock calibration interface, synchronizes with the center communication server time when it is connected with the center, and calibrates the time by GPS and other hourly means when it is disconnected from the center. The clock's error range is less than 1 second within 24 hours.
(8) on-site setting function
It can set the control mode, adjust signal parameters, read data and operate normally according to the set control scheme on the spot through laptop or handheld terminal.
Operators need to use the password to enter the operation interface.
(9) data is saved after power failure
It has the function of data saving in case of power failure. Data blackout storage period is 10 years.
(10) fault monitoring and treatment
It has the function of monitoring, self-diagnosis and recording faults of internal and external equipment, and shall take appropriate measures to ensure traffic safety and issue fault warning signals when faults are found.
If the following serious faults occur, the traffic signal control machine will immediately enter the yellow flash or turn off the light:
Green conflict fault;
Red and green conflict fault of the same light set;
Failure occurs simultaneously at the red light of all signal sets connected to an output;
There are self-protection measures when the voltage exceeds the normal service range;
Other serious faults affecting road traffic safety.
(11) information collection function
Can be connected to far infrared, microwave, ultrasonic, video, loop coil detector.
With the ability to connect at least 16-channel detector, can be arbitrarily set as system detector.
When the system transmission is interrupted, the information of the detector can be stored. The storage capacity is enough to store the detector data every 15 minutes for the last 72 hours. After the system transmission returns to normal, the stored data can be uploaded.
